Hi, I’m Annie Siemens, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Idaho. I see both Florida and Idaho clients via Telehealth. I am also offering in person sessions at my office in beautiful St. Augustine, FL. My journey toward becoming a healer of minds and hearts began at birth, through my own experience of being adopted alongside my fraternal twin brother into a loving family. From that day on, my lifelong study of attachment, relationships, temperament, and genetics began and has continued to shape my personal and professional path. I specialize in trauma, relationships, life transitions, and supporting women who are preparing for baby or adjusting to life afterwards. I’m passionate about working with ambitious, high-achieving individuals who are used to taking care of everything and everyone except themselves. I am trained in an Eye Movement therapy called ART to target trauma quickly
