I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Connecticut. I am warm and compassionate as a clinician and seek to support clients to empower themselves to live more authentically and with self-worth. I am predominantly a humanistic existential therapist and utilize CBT and EMDR to support my clients. This orientation means that clients are the experts of their lives, and together we uncover insights to help the client feel more empowered and confident to have agency over all facets of their life.
