Everyone needs someone on their side, a witness to their journey. I am willing to be that someone. I have interests in life transitions, trauma, mood disorders, LGTBQ2IA+ issues, folx with ASD, ADHD, depression, relationships, anxiety and grief (these are only some of the areas I treat). People experience grief with loss of job, loss of ability, loss of health, loss to addiction, loss of relationships and loss of life. It is something no one can avoid. I can be there for you and help you navigate to the other side. If no one else has told you lately, I will: you are not alone. It takes courage to reach out for help. I am currently only seeing clients via telehealth. I do not have any more after school hours available. Please EMAIL me to set up a phone call first. I usually have my ringer off. I do see couples, parent/child, siblings relationships. I'm well versed in dementia, Alzheimer's, alcoholism and addiction.
