You deserve a space where you don’t have to do it all on your own. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing happens when you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood. I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults who are facing anxiety, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, or major life transitions. As a younger clinician, I bring both clinical knowledge and genuine relatability to the therapeutic process.
