About
I believe healing begins with feeling understood and supported. You may want to understand yourself better, gain control over intense emotions, or find relief from stress so you can feel more present and connected in your everyday life. My goal is to help you feel supported, grounded, and capable of moving toward a future that aligns with your values. Whether you’re a dancer, an athlete, a student, a parent, or anyone feeling stuck or emotionally exhausted, you deserve support. I work with children, teens, and adults using evidence-based approaches. With a professional background in ballet and current doctoral studies in Sport and Performance Psychology, I have a unique understanding of performance-related pressures — but I also deeply value working with individuals outside of performance settings. I empower clients to develop resilience, strengthen their sense of identity, and pursue a meaningful life.
