I work with children, adolescents and young adults ages 4-40ish who find themselves struggling to keep up with who they are in an ever-changing world. I bring no judgement to my sessions; I have no room. There is no cookie cutter life, each person views the world through the way their life experiences shaped their lens - this is what makes our world so spectacular. I work with children with ADHD, anxiety, depression and emotional regulation issues. I spent years with women aged 11-50+ with eating disorders, substance abuse, self injury, anxiety and depression. No fight is the same and no one has to face their fight alone.
