Are you wanting to make a change, but don’t know where to start? Is mental health not something that is talked about within your family or close circle? I have experience working with many children, adolescents, and adults who have shared the same concerns, but have found the path towards improving their lives. As a provider who began my career in direct care, I understand the importance of connection, comfort, community, understanding, and meeting the client where they are at.. I use several modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to reframe a client’s experience and support them in alleviating symptoms and obstacles faced. I have learned a lot from those that I've served and I'm looking forward to inspiring and empowering clients who are ready to start their therapeutic journey.
