With EMDR, a powerful method to speed up treatment, I can offer significant relief and sustain improvements faster than traditional therapies while minimizing re-experiencing the pain. I can dive into past experiences & patterns, help clients heal old and new wounds to positively impact their lives for the long haul. In addition to skill-building, I want clients to get a deeper understanding of their circumstances and find their way out of confusion or overwhelming emotions more effectively post-therapy.
