Welcome new clients! My work is driven by the deeply held belief that people get better. Every person has the ability to heal, make connections, and deserves healthy relationships. I have advanced degrees and training, and am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
