Over the years, I’ve helped guide individuals who struggled with behavior problems, grief, depression, anxiety and other life concerns such as parenting and relationship issues. I’ve had the opportunity and pleasure to aid clients as they navigated experiences and expectations they did not foresee coming in many areas of life. Ultimately, my goal is to help clients become their best self by learning how their past affects their present and how to use tools in their present to improve their future. Life is challenging, but you don’t have to let it stop you from living your best life; thus, the motto "healing the hurt from within."
