Annu has facilitated both group and individual counseling, as well as, couples counseling. She is well versed in several counseling techniques such as CBT and person-centered. Annu has a compassionate, approachable demeanor. She is also organized with an attention to detail. Clients warm up to her quickly and she enjoys helping them to reach goals and learn new behaviors. Born in Malaysia, Annu moved to the United States when she was 16 years old. She was always curious about the human mind and behavior which led her to go to school for psychology and counseling. Besides her love for helping people, she enjoys spending time with her family. Annu has been married to her husband for 12 years and together they have a 9 year old son.
