Are you struggling to cope with the stress and obstacles of everyday life? Are you a mom who doesn't feel like herself, is overwhelmed by motherhood, or who doesn't feel a connection with her new baby? Do you have a teenager who needs help or someone to talk to? I want to help you find your best self. The person who you know you can be, but can't seem to achieve it on your own. I want to guide you through your difficult time and help you find the coping skills and support that help you thrive, not just survive. You can be your best self, you just need help, support, understanding, and skills and I can guide you in finding those. I have training in mindfulness, breathwork, solution-focused and person centered interventions, CBT, and DBT. I am trained in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and have a passion for helping clients work through their depression, anxiety, grief, anger, general adjustment issues, PTSD and life changes.
