I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults and students who feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected from themselves despite strong academic or professional performance. Many of my clients are high-achieving graduate or professional students who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or paralyzed by self-doubt despite external success. I specialize in anxiety, panic, OCD, trauma, depression, and complex life transitions. My style is warm, engaged, and direct. Therapy with me is an active, collaborative process where we slow things down, identify patterns, and work toward meaningful, lasting change — not just symptom relief.
