From rollerblading through Central Park to solving a 1,000-piece puzzle on a rainy weekend, I’ve always enjoyed challenges that demand both patience and presence—qualities that deeply inform my work as a psychologist. My journey into this field began with a deep fascination for the human mind and the many ways it influences our sense of self, relationships, and well-being. Today, as a Supervising Psychologist at Center for Anxiety’s Manhattan office, I specialize in treating Mood and Anxiety Disorders, OCD, and ADHD. I also offer developmentally attuned care for children and adolescents.
