Hello, I am an LPC based in Louisiana. I have my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and help adult clients struggling with anxiety and depression symptoms to live a balanced life. Utilizing techniques from CBT and mindfulness, clients are able to get the relief they need to experience freedom from the stress of having mental health issues or burnout. I like working with clients who are struggling to find their sense of self.
