I work with school-aged children, adolescents, and young adults who may be experiencing a variety of challenges - from anxiety and anger, to relationship challenges. With a background in school counseling, I bring experience supporting both children and their families. When working with younger children, I utilize creative arts and play-based approaches that provide meaningful ways for individuals to express themselves beyond traditional talk therapy. I take a relational, trauma-informed approach to therapy, helping clients build emotional insight, confidence, and resilience.
