I am currently accepting clients 18+ who are struggling with ongoing substance use, or individuals who are currently in recovery and would like support navigating life stressors. I am both an LMHC and LDAC1 with over 30 years of clinical experience. In my practice, I use a client centered approach combined with motivational interviewing to help adults who are seeking to change behaviors which are having a negative impact on their lives.
