An ideal client is one who is able to realize what they need and want to work on in order to achieve their goals. Helping clients work through any issues that may impede their progress to becoming better is my job and by working together these barriers can be discovered, broken down and systematically addressed in a step-by-step approach so they don't become overwhelming but realistically achieved. An essential part of the this process is to help clients gain as much insight into various issues that are barriers to their well-being.
