I’m Anthony, I’m a psychotherapist, and I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself. More importantly, I’d like to tell you about how therapy can have a positive impact on your well-being and life. I have multiple years of clinical experience and hold dual master’s degrees. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and couples. I use a number of therapeutic approaches; including CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, as well as Jungian and trauma-focused care. All treatment comes with active listening and empathy, and personalized care.
