Finding your world in a state of change? From technology disruption to political disruption, or simply internal stress, everyone faces challenges along the journey. I specialize in psychotherapy with adults and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, navigating emotions, trauma, grief and loss, human sexuality and relationship issues. I enjoy working with people around identity issues. For some clients this may be coming out as an artist after a career in law. For other clients, this may be reconciling a conflict between religious and sexual identities. I have a particular passion for LGBTQ+ clients and experience working with non-traditional relationships.
