I'm Dr. Anthony Hansen, a Licensed Psychologist dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges. With a focus on anxiety, depression, relational problems, self-esteem and self-hate, trauma and recovery, identity concerns—including sexuality, gender diversity, secular identities—and veterans, I offer a supportive and understanding environment tailored to your needs. My approach is collaborative, grounded in interpersonal process, and guided by your unique needs. I integrate cognitive and psychodynamic theories with elements of feminist and relational approaches to create a personalized therapy experience. With experience in diverse mental health settings, including working with veterans and interdisciplinary treatment teams, I am well-equipped to support you in your journey. During our initial sessions, we will focus on getting to know each other, aligning on exploration goals, and identifying areas for growth, change, or challenge.
