Growing up isn’t easy, and many children and adolescents encounter challenges that can feel overwhelming. Whether your child is struggling with difficult behaviors at home or navigating stress at school, I’m here to support them, and you. By day, I work as a school psychologist, working with families on a variety of issues. I have also worked in a college counseling center, supporting young adults through their own transitions. In my private practice, I offer a space outside the school environment where children, adolescents, and young adults can build coping skills, develop resilience, and move toward their fullest potential.
