I'm a strengths-based therapist that loves working collaboratively with LGBTQIA2S+ teens or adults struggling with identity issues, depression, past trauma, general or social anxiety, socially or medically transitioning, or the ways in which others perceive them. I also find my relationship work to be meaningful, whether it is working with individuals who are trying to be better communicators, or with monogamous/ethically non-monogamous couples who are trying to improve communication, manage conflict in more effective and conducive ways, or reignite the romance and intimacy in their relationship.
