As a practicing psychologist licensed in New York State, I specialize in adolescents and their families. No matter how difficult or seemingly hopeless the situation, I work in a collaborative atmosphere to absorb clients' experiences and cultivate untapped resources in youth and families. I deal with a spectrum of psychological issues commonly related to youth and adults. The concerns may range from problems with mood, identity, adjusting to new situations, self-image, school, peer or adult relationships, impulsivity, communication or competence, to risk-taking, family crises and pressing circumstances of violence and anti-social behavior. These I approach from an attitude of possibility and positivity.
