I provide psychotherapy and counseling for anger management, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, interpersonal relationship challenges, difficult life adjustment or transitory periods, behavioral disorders, and substance use/addiction struggles. I have extensive experience and education in working with individuals who struggle with both trauma and/or addiction-related issues. From this educational and experiential foundation, I have a firm understanding of how both substances and trauma can affect one’s body, mental health, interpersonal relationships, quality of life, and personal growth.
