I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds who are wishing to explore what it means to become the best version of themselves that they can be at this time. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, lifestyle changes, or problems with addiction, I can offer my unique perspectives with an open heart and mind. I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling to make consistent changes, or are making limited progress and could use some support from a professional. I work from a person-centered and existential orientation that is rooted in mindfulness-based practices. My goal is to create a space in which you feel open to sharing your inner world without fear of judgement so that you can be free to grow into the version of yourself that you wish to become while feeling supported and safe.
