Everyone deserves someone in their life whom they can trust. You deserve to be heard, and to have someone in your life that is actually listening. My goal is to be that person for my clients. Through a therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy and genuineness, we can work together to give you the power to tackle the issues most concerning you. By using cognitive-behavioral skills and mindfulness techniques, my goal is to expose my clients to the value of self-worth, the importance of nurturing one’s self-worth, and ultimately crafting a more optimistic version of one's self and their future.
