Note: Currently only accepting Couples and Youth below the age of 18. - Do you feel like an outsider or that people don't really understand you? Have you been carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, or depression? Therapy can be a place to feel seen and supported. In my practice, I help teens (12 and older) and adults achieve mental health goals, strengthen relationships, and heal from trauma. Centered on QTBIPOC and neurodivergent communities—including geeks, gamers, cosplayers, and furries—sessions use games, fandoms, and imagination to explore identity, enhance self-expression, and build confidence.
