I earned my Master’s in Social Work in 2018, driven by a love of learning about people and my own journey with mental health. I spent five years as a school social worker before moving into private practice, where I’ve found the freedom to support clients in ways that truly fit their needs. I believe therapy works best when there's a strong, trusting relationship between client and therapist.
