I am a strengths-based, caring clinician, and my clinical training is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for children and adults. My clinical experience includes treating children, adolescents, young adults, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, impulse control/hyperactivity, OCD, socialization, autism spectrum disorder, grief, and trauma. I have experience collaborating with clients and family members to best support their goals and interests. I prioritize evidenced-based practice, with a focus on tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs. Treatment is client-centered, skills-based, and goal-oriented. I value authenticity, collaboration, humor, unconditional positive regard, and commitment. I believes all people are good at their core, and deserve empathy and support.
