I work with individuals who are existentially challenged (anxiety, death/grief, meaning, purpose, freedom, creativity, anguish/despair) and with individuals who are open to work on attachment/relational/trauma issues from a trauma informed, present-focused, person-centered approach. We will work together reflecting on what has happened to you, updating your personal narrative, assessing a range of possible choices, considering potential outcomes, and committing to an action plan that achieves the most favorable change for you. Also, I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for those looking for or open to it.
