I like to work collaboratively with my clients. I will often give an analogy of driving in a car together, where the client is in the driver’s seat and I provide the directions from the passenger seat. I will help you get where you want to go, but you still direct where that particular destination is! My particular areas of interests include (but are not limited to): depression/anxiety, life transitions, college mental health, LGBTQIA+ issues, emotion regulation, and issues with relationships. I have significant experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as with the poly/kink community.
