I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who are navigating life challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, bipolar concerns, stress, identity or LGBTQIA+ issues, and relationship or family struggles. I also support clients facing ADHD, substance use concerns, cultural and ethnic stressors, grief and loss, and chronic health challenges.
