I work primarily from a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic approach that is interested in uncovering the root causes of problems whether they be inter or intrapersonal. Additionally, if desired, I can also work from a Christian perspective. My focus areas are Depression and Anxiety with additional focuses on grief and addiction.
