A major need that children, adolescents, and adults are facing now is how to navigate life throughout this pandemic. As a therapist, I meet where the client is at. I work to build a positive and safe rapport. I utilize the multi-dimensional approach which focuses on how every aspect of an individual’s life is impacted. From the person to their family, friendships and peers, school and/or work environment, to their community, and what is going on in the world. Often many times we are impaired by our lack of coping and adjusting. I assist in exploring and developing ways someone can cope healthier with difficult life circumstances.
