Healing is both a personal and collective journey—one of self-exploration, connection, and unlearning narratives that no longer serve us. As a Black queer therapist, I deeply understand how essential it is to have a space where every part of you is seen, affirmed, and supported. Too often, we're made to feel like we must shrink ourselves to receive care—but true healing should never require you to hide who you are.
