My name is Anthony Williams, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) serving clients statewide in California via telehealth. I use a person-centered, solution-focused approach to help clients progress toward their personal goals and recognize their full potential. I am comfortable working with a wide range of clients and will see individuals, couples, and families, with ages ranging from child to elder adult. I have had success in supporting clients to challenge negative thinking and unhealthy behaviors that contribute to feelings of depression, anger, anxiety, and overall stress.
