Taking the first step toward the change we desire can be just as scary as it can be confusing. That’s why I’m honored to be able to walk alongside you on that journey. In my experience, strong relationships are one of the best predictors of positive outcomes in psychotherapy and ultimately facilitate the individual in accomplishing their goals. As a licensed clinical social worker and a psychiatric physician assistant, I bring a unique view to treatment. My strengths lie in my desire to be clinically sound in practice, but also to show genuine humility and compassion that creates the trust needed to make change.
