My ideal client is self-aware enough to know something isn’t working, but not so polished that they’ve already over-intellectualized everything. They might function well on the outside—job, relationships, responsibilities—but internally things feel heavy, confusing, or stuck. They’re not coming to be “fixed.” They’re coming to understand themselves better, even if that’s uncomfortable.
