As a seasoned therapist, I take every opportunity to give back all the gems that counseling has imparted in my life. Short story, when I was in the 10th grade I suffered from depression and anxiety pushing me toward suicidal feelings and thoughts. I thought my life was over. My practice is designed to include all walks of life such as professionals, stay-at-home parents, entrepreneurs students, family, friends or someone who seeks direction and personal management. I believe that therapy should be non-judgemental, challenging and affirming.
