I bring curiosity, empathy, and a sense of fun to my work, creating a space where clients can explore their unique worlds and make meaning of their experiences. I was a client before I was a therapist, and as a client I often felt unable to connect with my providers. Realizing there was a gap in representation for unconventionally aligned people like myself, I came into this field wanting to take on the multitudes of intersecting identities that may feel underserved, ostracized, or rejected by the systems from which we seek support. I practice from a trauma-informed lens to help my clients find congruence. I am especially curious about personal narratives, intersecting identities, values and beliefs, and what is in the way of my clients experiencing empowerment.
