Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and/or frustrated by not feeling good enough? Do you wonder how your day to day life could be better? I have expertise working with individuals struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, body image, and eating disorders. I am an LGBTQ+ friendly therapist and I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am also a Certified Eating Disorder Intern trained to assess and treat different types of eating disorders.
