I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned my Master's degree from Long Island University in 2014. I spent many years working with individuals, couples, and families in a private practice setting where my goal was and continues to be helping clients cope with various difficulties they face in their everyday lives. I have experience working with adolescents and early-adults facing symptoms of depression and anxiety, individuals attempting to navigate life's ups and downs, and those who have experienced trauma.
