I am here to help you overcome the major life stress, transitions, anxiety, depression and/or unresolved past traumas. Regardless, of how distressed you feel right now, there is hope. I specialize in helping you to identify the root of the problem and reach the other side, finding the path to create the life you envision for yourself. My experience is in working with adults, adolescents and children to address a variety of issues.
