I am here to tell you that seeking help and guidance regarding your mental and emotional health is okay. As a Bi-Racial Black and Mexican, Heterosexual, male, who grew up in a multicultural home, I understand the many barriers and stigmas associated with seeking mental health treatment. I had to challenge many of those cultural barriers, giving me a unique life experience and the ability to offer insight and perspective to those facing similar circumstances. My approach to therapy is holistic and empathetic; developing a strong therapeutic relationship is my priority. My philosophy and practice involve solution-focused and cognitive behavior therapy-based models. I will listen and guide you towards developing resiliency in whatever life has presented you with.
