Hello, My Name is Tony Resendiz, and I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach is focused on building rapport and finding steps to assist Clients in meeting their therapeutic goals. Furthermore, I provide deep psychoeducation on the therapy process and the time used in between sessions. My areas of practice are anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and crisis prevention. My theoretical orientation is Psychoanalytic, but I also hold experience and use Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Short-Term Solution-focused, and integration of holistic approaches to therapy.
