About
I believe that everybody- whenever they are ready- deserves a space that is just theirs to talk through challenges, hopes, fears, relationships, losses, and anything else that feels heavy or complex in their life. I offer a safe space full of compassion, no judgment, and sometimes even a bit of humor. I specialize in eating disorders, grief, chronic illness, relationship and attachment issues, life transitions, parenting challenges, work or school struggles, perfectionism, ADHD, and anxiety. I also enjoy working with anxious achievers and those employed in the helping professions. I see individuals, couples, and families. My goal is to partner with you to find the space, the tools, and the courage to navigate whatever is in the way of living fully. I I began my social work career in 2004, and have worked in various settings both in California and Michigan over the past 20+ years, including inpatient hospitals and clinics.
