Welcome to my practice! As a therapist I believe in creating a warm, welcoming, and empathetic environment for my clients to feel safe in. I know therapy can be an effective tool for healing and growth. I strive to provide a space where clients can process their thoughts and emotions in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. I employ Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic techniques in my work. I believe in incorporating clients' culture and values to better address and understand the unique experiences and perspectives of each client.
