I am committed to helping individuals live more fulfilling, meaningful, and connected lives. Often, we may find ourselves feeling disconnected from others or from ourselves, or feeling stuck and unable to live the life we long for. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empathic space where we can explore these difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences together. My approach is anchored in Buddhist psychology, and I use the process of radical acceptance to help you stop fighting and resisting the parts of yourself you may not like.
