I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in helping adults heal anxiety, generational, developmental and attachment trauma through inner child work, psychodynamic insight, parts work, somatic work and trauma-informed care. I support clients in understanding how their past shapes their present, so they can build healthier relationships, set boundaries without guilt, and live with more clarity and self-trust. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in both depth and practical tools for lasting change. In our first session, clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you to therapy, your current challenges, and some of your background, including important relationships and past experiences. We'll explore your goals for therapy and what healing might look like for you.
